 The 12th Annual Park City Jazz Festival will fill the air with cutting-edge jazz and old favorites, including Esperanza Spalding, Poncho Sanchez, and Al Jarreau. The 2009 Jazz Festival takes place at the picturesque Deer Valley Resort Amphitheatre in August 21-23, 2009 with 14 local and national acts.

Saturday is Education Day at the Festival. Held at Ecker Hill International School, festival artists, along with local, regional talent and jazz educators conduct educational clinics held in conjunction with our annual Festival. Clinic topics include history of jazz, instrument instruction, styles of jazz, improvisation and general discussions on the state of jazz to name a few.
