Go Skiing or Snowboarding
Park City’s famous ski areas have something for everyone, from deep-powder bowls and long groomed runs to gentle beginner slopes, steep chutes, three world-class terrain parks and the 2002 Olympic Superpipe. Come watch top snowboarders compete
The Intelligent Design will be held at Park City Mountain Resort in March 2010, which will comprise all elements of competitive snowboarding, including big air, half-pipe and jibbing in one course. The event will be located at the Eagle Superpipe, which will be transformed to host the new terrain park creation. The event will feature the top 20 male snowboarders in the world, including Shawn White, competing for $50K in prize money. Snowboarders will battle it out in a two-run qualifier in order to compete with the top 10 in a best of three-run final.

Don't Miss The Egyptian Theater -
Live theatrical performances have long been a centerpiece of Park City culture, even in the rough and tumble days of active mining. In the late 1880’s, the impressive sum of $30,000 was raised by subscription to build the ornate Opera House that housed touring companies. Check out the exciting list of 2010 performances

Step up to the Plate - Join the 7th Annual Fundraiser - Paint the Town: Step up to the Plate fundraiser, March 2010. Help them celebrate the "Expressive Art of Cooking." Several of Park City's favorite chefs and restaurants will participate in a friendly challenge to create a NEW appetizer to be introduced at Paint the Town: Step up to the Plate. Attendees will enjoy a fun-filled evening, tasting and voting for their favorite appetizer, taking a chance with our opportunity drawings and live auction, and supporting their innovative youth-development program to support the arts for children.

Take a Bobsled Ride on “The Comet” -
Race up to 80 miles per hour, experience 5 G’s of force, and the equivalent of a 40-story drop in just under a minute in a real bobsled. Experienced pilots take three passengers on a thrilling ride down the entire length of the Utah Olympic Park bobsled track.

Go Cross-Country Skiing – White Pine Touring is best known for its cross-country skiing. During the winter, the Park City Golf Course is transformed into a series of trails that give young and old alike the opportunity to get a feel for the sport or to increase their own endurance and skill level. Much of the course is available to beginners, who can enjoy the new experience without worrying about overextending themselves.
