When you arrive in Park city be sure to stop by ResortQuest Park City’s office to pick up your arrival package with keys and information about your lodging. We are also able to answer all of your questions about activities and events in the area. The following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions.
BOOK EARLY! The sooner you make your reservation, the better chances are of getting a unit that matches your preferences.
All of our units are privately owned and each unit is appointed differently and has different amenities and bedding.
Making reservation online takes less time if you are familiar with our locations. We do recommend calling directly if you have special request or you’re looking for specific amenities. Additional discounts may be available by booking online, check out our Vacation Specials which are updated regularly.
To cancel reservation you must contact our office and speak with a Reservations Agent. (Note: cancellation fees may apply)
All cancellations made 30 days or less (60 days or less for private home and holiday season bookings) prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more (61 days or more for private home and holiday season bookings) prior to arrival will forfeit 10% of lodging total. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. To avoid cancellation fee's learn about Vacation Rental Insurance.
The purpose of Vacation Rental Insurance is to provide protection for travelers against the unique risks associated with travel. Many of these risks, such as trip cancellation and interruption, are not generally covered by any other insurance available to travelers. Learn more about the benefits of Vacation Rental Insurance.
We are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM during peak season. During off season our hours are 9 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
If you arrive outside of these hours, there is a late arrival security box where you can pick up your information.

Check in time is at 4PM and Check-out time is at 10AM. If you arrive after hours, there is a security box where you can pick up your information.
If you arrive outside of our normal business hours, there is a late security box where you can pick up your information. The security box is located just off the main ResortQuest entry on the main porch. Once inside the security box, you will find an envelope with your name, keys and driving directions to your lodging facility. To receive instructions and combination to lock box, it is important to contact us by calling 800.401-9913 or by email at parkcityinfo@resortquest.com.
We do not offer shuttle from the airport to our local office, but we can make reservations for your group with ALL RESORT EXPRESS. The airport is conveniently located just 36 miles from Park City.
Yes. Please call our office so we can expect your package and have it waiting for you at our front desk. Any deliveries to unit will incur an additional fee. Be sure to put your name and reservation number on your packages, view examples below.
