The name, which plays on camera terminology, occupies a renovated train station and offers down-home American comfort foods, but always with an innovative twist. Pizzas, pastas, and risottos with gourmet ingredients offer satisfying options, but the real attention goes to entrees like pecan-crusted Utah trout with collard greens, apple-marinated pork loin with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, or cider-poached salmon filet.
